These terms apply to all bookings for paid masterclass and Q&A sessions provided by CM3 Consultancy Ltd .
By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide a 1-hour paid masterclass or Q&A session focused on construction cost planning and project management.
Sessions are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
Booking and Payment
– All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system
– Payment is required at the time of booking
– Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received
Cancellations and Rescheduling
– You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund (at our discretion)
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable
Late Attendance / No-Show
– If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time
– Failure to attend without notice will result in loss of the session and no refund
Client Responsibility
– You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking
– You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and access to the session platform
Disclaimer
– The masterclass and Q&A sessions provide general guidance based on professional experience
– We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
– Advice provided should not replace detailed project-specific consultancy or contractual advice
Intellectual Property
– All materials, content, and advice provided remain the intellectual property of CM3 Consultancy Ltd
– You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent
Limitation of Liability
– To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services
– Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
