The whole process was stress free and Adrian provided evidence of expenditure against the initial Budget . We made informed decisions on expenditure and design , throughout the project , because Adrian provided the information to allows us to do so . The project was completed within the time frame and under the initial Budget . This open partnership with the contractors allowed us to build our dream Home at Best Value , escaping contractors exaggerated overheads and profits to cover their risk in uncertain times. It was a success for us and the Contractor ; we have used Adrian for other work since the House Build, and we highly recommend employing CM3 to advice and support any Construction scheme
